At Diamrose we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. To ensure complete satisfaction, we offer a limited warranty period of 30 days from the date of purchase on all our products.

 Our warranty covers any defects in materials, workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, or unauthorized modification. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage or handling, such as exposure to extreme temperatures or liquids.

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@diamrose.com.au. Our team will review your claim; If the product is determined to be covered by the warranty, we will either repair or replace the product, at our discretion. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund.

Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Diamrose reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.

            Diamrose Product Damage Exclusion Policy

 

At Diamrose, we take great pride in our products and strive to provide our customers with high-quality, safe, and reliable products. However, in order to protect our products and ensure the safety of our customers, we have established this Product Damage Exclusion Policy.

This policy excludes coverage for damages caused by abuse, misuse, incorrect assembly,improper storage or handling, unauthorized modification or accidental damage by the customer.

 It is the responsibility of the customer to properly use and maintain the product in accordance with the instructions provided in the product manual or by Diamrose. Diamrose shall not be held liable and will not provide any coverage for any injury or damage resulting from abuse, misuse, incorrect assembly, improper storage or handling, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage of the product.

This policy is in place to protect the safety of our customers and the integrity of our products. The customer is responsible for properly using and maintaining the product in accordance with instructions provided.

By purchasing a product from Diamrose, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this policy. Diamrose reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Product Damage Exclusion Policy at any time without prior notice.
