RETURNS
Diamrose has a 7-day return policy, this means if you wish to return any item(s) due to change of mind, item(s) can be returned for a gift card or an exchange within 7 days of your original order delivery date; providing the item is in its original condition. Please email support@diamrose.com.au for a return’s authorisation. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues: Items assessed to be faulty may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please email support@diamrose.com.au for a return’s authorisation.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may opt for an exchange or retain the item, and we will reimburse you for the depreciation in its value.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refund.
Please note: Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, hence, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are not able to comply with these requirements stated above, Diamrose reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
